I saw a really wierd dream this morning, the person (not known) in front of me was walking out the door when these red snakes appeared coming in and out of this person, then instead of the person turning the knob to open the door he went through the door and all of a sudden these tiny hands were coming out of the door (at least 20 little hands) then I was looking at the outside of the door when a lizard (well at least it looked like a lizard) had its tail in the person's chest and swaying him all over, then I woke up...

What does this crazy dream mean?

Hello Helen,

Welcome to the Karma Lounge. I will try to help you unravel the message of your dream.

I need to know where you were situated in the dream - indoors or outdoors?
Was there another part of the dream that you have not included that might be significant to gaining a greater understanding of the dream?

Can you break the dream down into scenes, similar to like writing a play which describes the emotions, outside feeling etc. Take a look at my dream section on the website and follow the sequence it provides.

What do you feel about snakes in general? and have you ever experienced any paranormal or psychic experiences before?

Regards,
Vine

I cannot really remember most of the dream as I had woken up by my timer. It was as I said, I remember being inside at first but suddenly found myself outside or I think I was outside, it all felt like I was watching a movie or something. Snakes do not bother me, as for any paranormal or psychic experiences, maybe, not too sure.

Default Vine responding to Helen's Dream

Yes this can happen when you wake up from a dream and it begins to fade into the background during the day.

It was important for me to ask if you felt uncomfortable with snakes because there are people who love snakes and people who absolutely fear snakes.

Snakes can be very important spiritual messengers and the life force known as Kundalini is housed in the back of the spine and is shown as the energy of the snake.

Because you were witnessing this from a distance and the snake was not directly in contact with you then it doesn't seem to be showing you have any kundalini movement yourself. You were watching someone unknown experience this attack and there is definitely a hidden message for you to look at. Are you concerned about someone's choices around you at the moment?

The colour red also is significant and again what you personally think of this colour could influence the way this dream is interpreted. I normally will ask the person who had the dream to start to look at the main symbols and to see how they feel about these particular images.

I spiritually have been guided that dream archetypes and symbols represent different things to different people....so to simply give a one-meaning fits all and to give a short response to helping someone unravel a dream is something I don't subscribe to.

It seems as though this dream held you in the grip of fear...would you classify this dream as a nightmare?
