Newspaper Drawings

The first time I did one of these newspaper drawings it was to draw a tree, and i drew it on a newspaper because newspapers are made from trees and use up a lot of tree resources. I liked the irony of an image of a beautiful tree drawn onto the object of it's destruction; that's a bit of a statement even before you've started. The drawings have progressed from there into an ongoing series.
