Can you dream of a ghost in your bed?

I have to make this post quick because I have to rush off to work, but can you dream of a ghost in your bed and feel like that is really happening to you?

I'm not sure if I dreamt a ghost was in my bed, or there was actually one near me. It sounds weird and I probably am losing the plot when I write this but any help would be useful.
